Not Paid Yet
Well before I post there names i'm going to give them until x-mas. I did a signing in August and these people have not paid me. How much time should I give them, before I expose them on the message boards and call better business bureau? The title company says they paid them already?

i dont stand for payments later than 50 days. I CALL THEM DAILY and demand what they owe me. to this day everyone is up to date. WE (notaries) need a list so we can scrutinize and defame these companies that don't pay on time.

You did a signing for a company in August and you are going to wait until Christmas to call and try to collect? Gosh you have alot more patience than most of us. I would start hounding them now, actually I would have started after 5 weeks of non-payment. Four months is way too long to start asking, heck I think by then they would have forgotten about it. I just think all these companies that pay late have the worse bookeeping system ever or they like to STUFF their pockets and STIFF us.

Calipat,
You got it! I also believe if you allow this timing to transact you are setting a guideline for the service. Start now by keeping up with collections before you have to go to a collection agency.

File a small claims court suit on Friday
Heck with them. You did the work. You are owed the money.
Just file a small claims court suit and get paid.
When you finally get paid, please let us know the company name so we can all avoid them.
Good luck!
