You will be our #1 SS when you pay $90 and up
I will happily work for you every day if you always pay $90 for a first mortgage refi with overnight docs. +$45 for eDocs.

Interesting that I signed on with your service (that is - I completed your registration packet) almost two years ago - have never received one phone call from your company. Then - about two months ago I read on both the GMN and AMR site that you are looking to recruit more notaries nationwide. Then - I received your "newsletter" in my email. But, then again, I believe you only pay $40 - $50 per signing - is that correct? AND a very low fee for E-DOCS. That is WAY TOO LOW if you're looking to get qualified loan signing agents. I would imagine that low-balling notaries like that will end up costing you more in the end because you are gambling with these important transactions. You are more likely to have to send notaries out to do "re-signs" because of notary errors. And, also, you will have unhappy clients to boot. This is just common sense, is it not?

Same here Cassie, I signed up with NP awhile ago and haven't received any call (maybe my fee quoted too high) and the newsletter is advertising that NP needs more notary in my state.
I can not agree more that even a reputable ss nowaday would take part in low-balling fee in respond to a newbie's need to gain experience. I can understand its all about money (greed), but its just simply unethical consider the risk on a borrower's loan.
I took a job from a reputable ss last month for a single doc (name affidavit) notarization. I was shocked to hear the unhappy borrower says that I'm the 3rd notary there for that simple piece of document.

You are so right - it happens frequently & at a much higher cost to all parties when all is said and done. I really do think these signing services that low-ball notaries will get exactly what they pay for. But in the end- it's the borrowers that pay the price, the signing service's client (the lender, escrow or title company) isn't happy - so they'll end up going somewhere else. Anyways - have a great Thanksgiving!
