Harry,

I just took a look at these and printed them out. The compact, but easy to read format makes it perfect for putting in a vinyl sleeve and trapping it in a 3-ring binder.

Given the success of MoJo, your company list, and the calendars, I'd say that someone in the NotRot "Army of Publishing Specialists" has a knack for laying out pubs in eye-appealing style.

I am on the edge of my seat waiting to know-- are you personally this talented in both web and print publishing?

Hey, that would be an army of one and design is not exactly my strong suit. Being somewhat of a utilitarian, most things I do lack panache. (You'll notice the Notary Rotary website is not as flashy as it could be.) Plus, I'm a bit slow since I'm often consumed by daily orders - making stamps, sending journals, writing bonds and E&O, etc. - so our site and product development have been lagging of late. Fortunately, Traci and our new employee, Pam, have relieved much of this burden.

Incidentally, these calendars were done around a year ago. I actually wrote a calendar generation script at the time, but was reluctant to put the calendars out under public scrutiny. Even then, I had rescission reservations, resulting in a number of off-line conversations with Paul. Most recently, Paul's reference to the Reg Z provided the definitive answer I'd been looking for (in terms of the holiday schedule to use when calculating dates).

I can now generate calendars until the cows come home. (In nearly any format and for any year.) And, if I have miscoded a holiday, I can quickly regen another calendar. The joys of technology.

I like the "at a glance" with everything right there so I don't have to thumb through several pages. I printed and laminated 2005's calendar. Thanks Harry.
