Priority signings
What is the story with them? They do not answer their phone or return messages or even answer emails sent to them. I see that they showed up on the current no no list.

Did they include a phone number on their confirmation to you? If so, it would be nice if you could post it here in case it's different than the ones these people are trying to call.

They paid me for Oct. Usually take 45 days to pay.

I just accepted a signing for them 12/29/2004 so they are not out of business. I'm a business student at University of Detroit Mercy, majoring in Finance and International Business, and I can tell you standard business practice is 10 days to pay. We all have bills and expenses and don't we deserve to get paid in a timely manner, just like they do?

Dont you guys think, that it is part of the Title Companies fault that some people arent being paid. It is hard for a small company to pay a notary when they have not been paid for the services either.

You can go on the website and look up notaries. A lot of the notaries complaining about Priority Signings, LLC dont even work for them. You shouldnt bad mouth a company if you have never worked for them. There are other Priorities, make sure you got it right, before you permanently damage a company

While this may be true, it isn't a way to run a business. I don't really care about the SS' cash flow, I'm only concerned with mine. I contracted an agreement for payment. Whether or not the hiring agency doesn't get paid in time to honor their contract with me is immaterial.

Everything PAW said and this. If a small company can't honor thier contracts then they have no business being in business.
