Results of AZ Signing Agent Luncheon
Hello,
First of all I want to say "Thank You" for attending the luncheon. It turned out better than I had hoped for and it was wonderful to put faces with the names.
I sent via email a list of everyone who attended with their contact information. Please keep it on hand in case you need to refer work.out.
Below is the results of the Survey / Feedback Form.
1. Would you like to continue to meet to network with other signing agents on a regular basis?
Everyone wrote "Yes"
2. How often would you like to meet?
14 marked "Quarterly" 1 marked "Semi-annually" and 1 marked both
3. Would you be willing to host a luncheon?
I am please to see that there were five volunteers and they are as below:

4. What topics are of most concern to you?
Notarial Law - 12 Marketing - 13 Collections - 9 Other - 0
5. What if any, guest speakers would you like to have attend?
Escrow Officer - 2 Secretary of State - 1 Other SS Agencies - 1
6. Did you enjoy today's meeting?
Everyone said "yes"
7. What could have been done to make today's meeting better?
To hold the meeting in a more private location where it would not be so noisy.
With this out of the way I look forward to the above people deciding who will host the next luncheon and to let us know when, where and what the next topic will be. I will be there!

Very impressive results, Darlene!
The rest of us in the Southwest need to take note. Getting organized into a network can only help tackle the issues that apply to signing agents in any state.
Texas Signing Agents interested in something like this could post or email me. I don't think I'd be the one with the best talents to organize us, but I will gladly take names and collect information for those who are interested until our "leader" surfaces.
