Several years ago I was the promotional publications editor for a project to build a new church and I can appreciate efforts of this nature. I may be inclined to send a small contribution to another notary's efforts for a good cause. I prefer to put my charitable dollars toward projects that go directly to purposes I can see assisted as a result of.
