Signing fees

Hello, I'm new to the signing business and need information regarding fees. I'm in the state of Texas, what are the regular fees on closings? I'd appreciate any information. Thanks.

Well you could start at about $55/ closing untill you feel confident... then bump your rates up to $65-$75/ closing. I would say thats pretty much the norm in this business. If you take e-docs.... we pay $25 for them... no ifs ands or buts... that is our standard... and only rate we pay for that.
