USA Signing Co.

This company is rated highly in your company list. It has been over 30 days and no check. I have sent two emails and left one phone message. Anybody had any trouble with this company?

I have not been paid for signings I did for them in August/September. From my past experience they always pay, but it takes at least 60 days to receive a check. Anyone else having problems getting paid?

I am having problems to with other companies, but I used the demand template and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau on line, when I got my confirmation that my complaint had been filed I e-mailed it to AMTS- in Sacramento, CA. I also called the borrower and told him my woes. I will also call the lender. It's not much, but I want to put a stop to all this and get to working and not spend hours collecting my money!

We can play hardball too!

Angela, A-MTS owed me from April...call the loan officer...

I did! They paid me for the three invoices...except for one. I am still pursuing that and if I do not get any payment from them for this one, I will file a complaint at www.ripoffreport.com. Ameriquest was not the problem in my case...it is A-MTS because they already received the payment and held it. The right contact would be the loan officer. When push comes to shove...this is the only one that works. When I called the loan officer, I directed him to the GMN board where there are so many negative posts about AMTS or A-MTS and he stayed with me while I walked him through the links...it worked. The loan officer did not know about those posts. Better Business Bureau will not help you. You can also file a complaint at www.FTC.gov --- I have! They do not do anything about individual complaints, but they put your complaint on file...if they reaceive plenty of complaints, it proves a pattern and they will investigate. Since companies like these do business across several states...it is covered by FTC. Goodluck!

Why on earth would you call the borrower about this? They have no control over what signing services or title companies are used in their loans. That's really unprofessional, there's no reason they should have to be involved in any of our payment woes.

I agree with you...

the borrower has nothing to do with it. It is between Angela and the SS. If the SS refuses to pay...the lender, LO, Title, or Escrow can push the SS to pay, but leave the borrower out of it...just like you, they are innocent.
