Check also Mssg. No. 8194:8980: 9930: and 10387--for starters. Don"t you have an"Avoid List"? It takes time- to search these Forums---But I record them Alphbetically in a Signing Book--Avoids on Left- Those I've Signed with on the Right-- also I print out the Posts- that file is now at least 12" thick----But it works for me! Why sign with - or take assignments from Deadbeat Companies? Just Say No!
Hope this helps somewhat. Sorry you found out after the fact.. Take care. Best of Luck!
P.S. I have signed up with Companies- Then found out they wanted Doc Notorizations Backdated-- and immediately refused the Assignment- and told them to remove me from their List- and not call me again..They Know it is ILLEGAL- and if they try- that shows where their INTEGRITY is- and they cannot be trusted.. They then warrant my AVOID List...No Second Chance!
I know there are Notaries who do Backdate-- and they are like fuel on the fire to these Deadbeat Outfits who seek to use our services and not pay us- or wait for months to do so. SAD_ SAD_ SAD!

I've been having an ongoing conversation with Accusigning.... Appearantly, they changed something on their computer system and "lost" some notaries. They owe me a fair amount and have promised it ASAP.... I'll let ya know if i get paid. In the meantime, I makeit a policy not to accept assignments from companies that are late paying me.
