first signing and question
Going to have my first signing tomorrow and just printed out the edocs. There is a certifiaction of final hud 1 page to be signed by closing agent, stating that the enclosed HUD I is final. Now that has nothing to do with me the Notary, right? I don't have to sign this or did I miss something in the seminar?

No, you're not the closing agent so you don't sign this form.

so I don't have to fax that form back prior going to the signing, right? The lenders email stated they will send me the HUD seperately, there was a HUD I in the loan package. Is that a different document to to be replaced by the HUD that will be emailed seperately?

Anon You dont normaly fax back any documents prior to a signing. If the lender told you to expect a hud-1 then the lender will send you a hud-1 prior to the signing. If you dont receive one then call the lender. The NNA ought to hung up to dry on a wet rope!!
