first signing tonight and feeling pretty nervous
It seems the more I look at the documents, the more I review my notes/books from the training seminar, the more questions I have! LOL I do hope this will get better over time. The documents I received for the signing look very different in what we discussed at the training. Well, actually, many we discussed are there but I have a whole lot of documents that were never even mentioned during the class.
Are all documents going to look very different from one signing to the next?
I also wanted to thank all of you who replied to my many questions so far, thank god for this forum, I fear I would make a fool out of myself if I would have to call the signing service or the lender for every question this forum was able to answer for me

You'll do fine. The more signings you do, the more relaxed you'll become. Over time, you'll notice that all of the packages contain a certain number of documents that are the same but there are always some docs that are called something different or structured differently but basically say the same thing. Recognizing these docs comes with time. So hang in there, keep studying and be sure to look over EVERY package prior to closing so you aren't surprised in your signing.

I have noticed that there is an abundance of Anonymous posts this week. I don't know if each of them are from you individually, but it would be helpful if you would start using a name and state where you are located. It will not only prompt more people to respond, but some answers depend on where you are located.
