If you have your title producers license, find another licensed title producer and see if they will show you what to do. You have to be bonded. Good luck, because most of Maryland is saturated with licensed title producers and they are a dime a dozen. Don't quit your day job. Don't mean to sound like I am discouraging you, but alot of people think that this is a "get rich quick" game. I am not saying that this is you. Took me a few years to be able to make a reasonable living doing this.

Not at all discouraged, whats for me is for me. I work a full time job also, It may take a while to get things going but I come this far. Good luck to you as well.
