standard combo, trailing docs and single docs
A CERTAIN SS USES SEVERAL TERMS THAT THEY DO NOT DEFINE: STANDARD COMBO, TRAILING DOCS AND SINGLE DOCS. ANY IDEAS? IF NOT I WILL BE ABLE TO REACH THE COMPANY ON MONDAY. THANKS

Re: All caps -- a no no
Peterole, A gentle suggestion/reminder -- please don't type in solid caps. Thanks.

standard combo - first mortgage with a second one as well?
trailing docs - related documents sent separately, synonymous with junk docs?
single docs - single page documents, not part of the package?
These are just guesses... I personally have not heard those terms used. I would be interested to know the answer...

Question...
KCW, JR mentioned: "trailing docs - related documents sent separately, synonymous with junk docs"
I am glad to learn about "trailing docs" - never heard that term exactly.
My question: Why do they call them "Junk Docs" anyhow?

Re: Question...
junk docs are not required by the lender to fund the loan, but are for the protection of the title company and others involved. CYA kinda stuff...
