123Notary.com
I hope everyone has checked 123notary's website and put in the zip codes that you service to see if you come up in the areas you paid for. I checked mine the other day and in the very next city to me (12 miles away) I do not come up as servicing that city. I emailed Jeremy and he emailed back that he cannot fix the software glitches. He's aware of the flaws but he can't fix them.
Bottom line if someone enters 86301, 86303 and 86305 I will LOSE business as I do not show up. I am soooo upset as I have paid good money to advertise my services

You would think that the money these notarys pay to get their names on these websites would go towards fixing the gliches. That would upset me too. In fact, I considered putting my name on that website, I don't think I will now.

Although there are glitches... many SS and other companies go to that website first. I do think that it does end up being money well spent regardless of the few problems they are still trying to work out. Hopefully this can all be resolved in the near future.. but I wouldn't discount them before I tried them...

I agree with what you say as alot of companies do use the service but next year I will NOT spend $199.00 for advertising when I cannot even show up on the next city to mine under the zip code finder. I will only spend the basic $39.00 and I believe that will be the trend as most people who have paid for Preferential Listing or Top Place Listing will find out that if a company does a zipcode that they will not come out number 1 or 2. Maybe Jeremy will not have the zip code finder on the first page and put city or county finder on it if enough people don't upgrade and he loses revenue.

Stephanie,
I beg to differ but Jeremy is not going to have the glitches worked out. Here is what I emailed him and here is his response:
I can not fix zip code problems. I am sorry if the software we are using for zips has flaws. I am aware it has flaws sometimes. I can not fix those flaws. Sorry. Sincerely yours, Jeremy Belmont If you are 8 or more miles away you will not show up in the first tier anyway. please include titles in the subject bar of all emails to us
Darlene Olson <[e-mail address]> wrote: Jeremy, I went on your website today and typed in several zip codes of the areas that I service. The zip codes I typed in was 86314, 86323, 86305, 86303 and 86301. I do not show up when I type the last 3 zip codes 86301, 86303 & 86305. I will lose business if people are entering those zip codes because I don't show up and according to mapquest the distance from the middle of 86314 and 86301 is 12 miles. Please fix this when you have the time. Thank you, Darlene L. Olson Yavapai Signings (928)713-0473 (928)441-1381 www.YavapaiSignings.com

Are you the owner of Notary Express Inc out of Elk Grove, CA
I think you are as I went on to 123notary's website under the discussion formum and also looked up your IP address. If so, please state you are the owner of a signing service and please utilize the notary directories of the boards you visit and post messages on such as NotaryRotary.com and gomobilenotary.
Before you get upset with me, please note I am the one who has paid $199.00 for companies like you to find me but you won't if you are looking for someone in Prescott, Arizona and you use the zip code finder on 123notary.com. Kathy Ashton has a day job and is only available on the weekends and nights and the only other people listed would be Lois & Glen and they might be booked up-so I hope your company will use other directories because then you will find me!

That is why I don't join. I go for the free. Here, I just have the basic. I do get calls from this basic service. It has already paid for itself. I always ask my clients how did they find me. That is the best information of how well your listing is paying off.
