Slow pay. They pay after 30 "business" days which equals to 45 calendar days total. Also, they only pay half fee for no signs so my suggestion would be if you don't mind waiting for your money for 6-7 weeks and it's close to your home, then go for it. When I did do closings for them, it was at least $75 (overnight docs) and always close to home or within a 10 mile radius.

I have done two for them so far and they where with 10 miles of home. We will see how payment goes. Hope I don't get stiffed.

They are very nice and will pay you, it will just be slow that's all. So depending on when you did the closing, count 45 days from there. That is just unaccepteble for me. My bills are due within 30 calendar days and so are my invoices. So for this reason, I don't take there closings anymore.

I have done a few they are slow pay (30 - 45 days). But it is consistant work. I feel they require a lot of work for the low pay they provide. but as I said it is consistant work which is good.
