Another way of generating income for your business

I have a tax service, it is a great way of making money. I can do anything that the big guys can do (H & R Block) rapid refunds, etc. I look toward February, my busiest month. Just take a H&R Blocks tax course, do a few returns and the following year you will have some experience to expand. I have been at it for over 30 years.

Roger,

I am putting some time into that kind of work as well.

In the interest of keeping a viable independent contractor business going during the slower months, I am also trying to organize some ideas for the purpose of putting them into "articles," along with other more business and other marketing ideas for notaries. Not that I am a completely altruistic person with no ulterior motives of my own, but because I look for good content to add to my website which boosts my own ratings on the search engines.

I have recently been in touch with another notary who recently contacted me who will be putting out a small publication on her ideas--her publication is the kind of thing I think will help notaries flesh out their business and open avenues of income--including those for myself. I am looking forward to getting it, and hopefully publishing a link for her when she gets it finished.

I am impressed with your ability to express yourself in writing (plus the fact that you published your name on this forum) and would be interested in publishing some of your comments on my website.

It would give me good content on my own website that I would not have to write, plus it would help you promote your own website if you have one.

If you are interested, please use my handle (BrendaTX) to visit my NotaryRotary.com profile and you can find my email and website links there.

To that end, if anyone wants to give me an "article" that would help you promote your website, I'd be happy to work it into my own website. The more viable links and content we have to reference one another, the better for our own business in exchanging links in this manner. This is a very casual undertaking, at this point, so bear with me!

Roger, thanks for sharing your ideas with the rest of the forum. Shortly, I will be off to notarize an affidavit in a doctor's office in the great city of Normangee, Texas, but I will be back later today to check in.
