Calling all notaries owed $ by Globaldox
Anyone who has not been paid for services rendered to Globaldox needs to report their experience to the Better Business Bureau of the Southland. Even if we never see our money, Globaldox certainly does not deserve the following rating in their BBB file:
"Our complaint history for this company shows that this business has a clear record. To date, no customer complaints have come to our attention."
Go to - http://www.bbbsouthland.org/bbb/companyreport.cfm - then type in Globaldox's phone number ( 866.810.5800 ). Read it for yourself and respond, if not for yourself, do it for all of us out here who have been given the shaft and those waiting to be taken.

I have been told by others, including agents of the BBB, that our complaints will NOT be registered as our complaints are vendor complaints, not CONSUMER complaints.
I am not saying not to file with the BBB, just that it may fall on deaf ears. However, I do suggest filing a compaint with the FTC. You can file online at https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01

Thank you Shelly - I have just filed a complaing with the BBB. I also filed a complaint with the FTC, per PAW Notary Service's posting yesterday. These guys owe me $150 from June -- I hope everyone sends complaints -- something has to be done. This is pennies compared to money owed other notaries, but they have to act on it - not let it get swept under the rug!

Update: I received a promising response form the BBB of Southland, which follows:
"We have written to the above named company concerning your complaint. We will send you a copy of their response as soon as we receive it. Please allow three weeks for a response before you inquire about the status of your complaint. If the company contacts you about your complaint, let us know. This will help us to keep our information current and take timely action on your complaint."
Apparently the BBB does care enough to inquire about our complaints. Please join me in speaking out about our predicament. It only took 5 minutes of my time to fill out the online form. Do it for ALL of us! http://www.bbbsouthland.org/bbb/companyreport.cfm
I also filed a complaint with the FTC, as suggested. They will be reviewing my information and if it is related to the FTC's law enforcement responsibilities, they will enter it into a shared law enforcement data system that covers agencies throughout the United States and Canada. Again, I implore you to participate in speaking up! Our strength in numbers will prevail, money or no money! http://www.ftc.gov
