Corporation Assignment of Deed

Can someone explain the "Corporation Assignment of Deed of Trust" doc. I'm not sure if the borrower needs to sign this and if I should be notarizing it. The one I have looks like it is supposed to be signed by the California Bank & Trust not the borrower. It has a blank after "the undersigned hereby grants, assigns and transfers to (blank) all beneficial interest..." There are 2 blank signature lines and it needs to be notarized.

Leave it alone. The "Corporation Assignment of Deed of Trust" is for the lender when and if they decide to sell or assign the loan to a new servicer.

Do not notarize this document! It is for the lender to use, I know it is kind of confusing to see that form thrown into the pack.
