Loan-Closers.com, LLC

I have an outstanding invoice since June 2004 and after many calls, with the last stating that if I do not receive my money by Friday, October 22, 2004, I would be filing a small claim motion on Monday.

I need some assistance in this matter and if anyone knows the name(s) of the corporate officers, I would be grateful for the information. If you do not feel comfortable in posting it on the board, please email me with the information.

Thank you,

The best place to start, IMHO:

Darlene, regarding your website: www.yavapaisignings.com - I found it by using the link to your notaryrotary.com profile.

I hate to admit that I do not know everything in the whole wide world, but what does "Yavapai" mean and how do you say it??

I did "google" it but I am lazy and did not see a quick answer so I am using my "lazy question token" for the day on this one.

Brenda,

Yavapai is the name of the county I live in and it is named after a tribe of indians, the Yavapai Indians. Prior to my move from California, the only way I could remember how to enunciate it was to relate it to something (I usually relate everything to food - my weakness) and this is what I came up with.

(Java) plus a piece of (pie) sounds like
Yava + pai

The owner is [Stated Owner Name]. I've had problems with them as well. Mine was solved with 2 strongly worded certified letters and a threat to file a complaint with the CA Attorney General. Don't believe them when they say the check is in the mail, because chances are that it is not. By standing firm & tough, I finally did get paid. Good Luck! 1/17/2008 - This post has been edited by Notary Rotary at the request of [Stated Owner Name]. The person named by the author has signed a Declaration Under Penalty of Perjury stating that they have never owned nor had any affiliation nor other material interest in any business that has represented itself on the Internet as Loan-Closers.com.

I have listed as a Richard Spooner as the name listed for the Agent for Service of Process but I guess I shall have to list both their names on the summons.

Thanks
