Can someone please give me an address/telephone number or website address? I tried Netco.com, however, doesn't work. TIA

Re: Netco --- plus a few comments

www.NetcoTitle.com is the website.

Check the company list tab. If you have a premier membership here, I know you can access lots of info on companies. Don't know about a non-pay membership.

I endorse the NotaryRotary.com Premier Membership as one of the best values you will find for marketing yourself.

As a newbie, it gave me all the tools I needed to start marketing ...With a Premier Membership you get quite enough info for a good starting place for rates and travel.

You will not find a better list of companies for marketing to while getting started. It's very easy to use for that purpose because of the links to the sites of the companies. Harry's list is exceedingly well-maintained and The Premier Membership Library resource is invaluable.

When I started out and had not signed up with many signing services, I got my calls from my listing on NotaryRotary.com. Get started here and set up a Premier Membershp profile.

Next, if you are really serious about doing the job well, put aside some $$ for a membership to the SigningRegistry.com where you can learn from, and network with, signing agents who actually volunteer to mentor newer agents. If you want a manual which is applicable to more than one state and which is about the actual process of signing loans with a set of loan docs that you can refer to, PLUS a script to compare your remarks to while presenting document --you need the SigningRegistry.com manual. The SR also has a good list of companies for marketing services to.

EP_VA, I don't know if you are new or not, but I use the company list so often that I have really come to appreciate it as my phone directory and email finder if my planner isn't on my desk. It seemed like a good time to express my appreciation and share my positive experiences with my marketing/education investments.
