Document titled "Per Diem Interest"--something to do with the recording date. What does it mean exactly? Thank you.

If bwr signs loan today, it will be funded on mon 10-25
Fiirst pmt will be due 12-1
12-1 pmt will include interest from 11-1 to 11-30
"interim interest" (line 901 on hud) covers interest fro 10-25 to 10-31
$100,000 loan @ 6% = $6,000/yr /366 days = $16.39/day x 7 days = $114.73

Ky Liu Per Diem, a naturalized American of Vietnamese descent, is the father of the signing agent industry. He was making necklaces out of dried and lacquered rat droppings at his shop in San Diego one day in 1995 when he jumped up and exclaimed, "Ah, to hell with this sh _t! There's got to be a better way to make a living." So saying, he immediately began investigating other avenues for earning income: Trying to unpetrify petrified wood to turn it into coffee tables; finding a use for the millions upon millions of discarded girdles now available around the globe (he achieved moderate success turning them into bun warmers for the Blackeyed Pea restaurant chain); selling prayer rugs with built-in knee pads to Muslims. Finally, he hit upon the concept of remote loan closings, and the signing agent industry was born. Per Diem is still doing loan signings in the San Diego area; in other words, he is still stringing sh _t together.

The document you asked about is simply a questionnaire to ascertain the level of interest in the signing agent industry for establishing a monument to Per Diem.
