Read this if Ameriquest owes you money.....
I have written quite a bit in the past about not being paid by Ameriquest. I went as far as filing a complaint with the BBB and filing a small claims suit. Well, good news. Ameriquest has set up a way for us to request payment if the branch is not responding. Just call 800 430-5262. When prompted, enter extention 34305. Then hit option # 3 for an appraisal invoice specialist. Per Farrah at Ameriquests presidents office, they have had so many problems with this that they have set up this line to help us obtain payment. Thank you Farrah! 100 days after the closing date, it appears that I will finally be paid!!
