Signing Agent Maryland

Would like to hear from notary/signing agents from Maryland. (example training-certifications)
I have been a notary since 01/2004 with no signings or contacts.
Looking for Mentor!!

Do you have your title producer license? The training and bonding is expensive, but necessary for MD signing agents. If you have your title license, sign up with a few good notary directories like Notary Rotary and 123 Notary. I too had a difficult time getting signings until I signed up with a couple of directories and a number of signing companies. Go to the Notary Rotary company list link and submit applications to the companies with multiple stars (I use 3 or more as my litmus test). Depending on where you live in Maryland, you should start to get some signings.
