Has anyone work for or have a contact number for this company? I got a message from someone named Leanne to do a signing tomorrow but she did not leave a number.

Her phone number is 714-840-0567. She took 2 months to pay me the one and only time I did work for her. I had to bug her to get paid, too. Just so you know...

I searched GMN board and only found a few negative comments. Kinda odd too b/c I was finishing up a signing at 7pm, the time she called.

I have done one closing for Leigh Ann. She was very pleasant and helpful. I was paid within 45 days of closing. A bit slow but not 2 or 3 months like some other companies.

I would never ever work for her again. It took me 3 months to collect on three signings.
She got very rude and then became impossible to reach - didn't return multiple phone calls, etc... That was after faxing, phoning, emailing, etc....
I know of at least three other notaries that she told she just had "overflow" work - she did not represent herself as a signing service - she told them she was just giving them work she had to turn down - and that she would pay them what she was getting paid. One notary in Oakland complained on the GMN board but did not mention the signing service by name - since it sounded like the same situation I was in I emailed her and it was Surf City. The notary was owed for two e-docs signings - she was never paid and Lee Anne owed her over two hundred dollars. She never did pay her.
She lies.
