I live in southern Alabama.......it's been very slow.no calls, must be the results of Ivan. Anyone receiving calls in the area? Mobile/Baldwin counties.

None - only did 3 last month and they were last minute. I do believe it's because of Ivan so many including myself received damage to their homes. So many lost their jobs and homes. How can you refi when you have no home? How can you refi when you have no job? I pray for us all.

I'm in Pensacola and things are picking up. We got hit very hard as well, and I definitely have seen a drop in business. But, things are SLOOWWLY starting to pick back up. Good luck!
