paul help/printer memory
paul Please help if you can. I was in the middle of printing an e-doc from swiftveiw and it stopped with the error message on p0rinter not enough memory on printer. I have an hp 2300 it's a beauty. can't figure out how to open up memory. or if I can. TIA mack

Thanks for calling, since I didn't see your post in time. Anyway, my suggestion (for those who weren't listening to the phone call and are curious as to what I suggested) was to turn of the printer and UNPLUG it for a few minutes. This is the only way I know of to actually clear the printer's memory. Just turning it of really leaves power applied.
Last I heard, it was working.
Mack, please let me (us) know if you were successful in printing out your document sets.

Thank youT thank you, Thank you ... it worked great, no more memory overload. All docs have printed off very well now. I unplug daily or at least after large downloads. Thanks for taking my call
