i am getting new business cards. right now i am listed as a settlement agent, is that correct? shouldn't i use signing agent?

Unless you actually perform the settlement, including the disbursement of funds, validating payoffs and the opening/closing of the lender's escrow account, you are not a Settlement Agent. You are a Notary Signing Agent, at best.

You are not only a Notary Public but you are a Licensed Title Producer (you should be by now to do closings). I have signing agent on my first set of business cards and when I got my license, I added "Licensed Title Producer". Hope this helps.

I would say that your best bet would be either Signing Agent or Notary Public, depends on who you are actually marketing to with these cards. And if you use vistaprint.com for your cards its so cheap you can do both extremely reasonably.
