I did a signing for speedy, it has been a while. I don't remember any problems off the top of my head. You can search their name on this site and get input also. Good luck!

I have heard that Speedy is not so speedy with payment. But have no experience with them myself.

See my note on Thomas Siranni. Rumor has it they Speedy Closing is owned by them. I have an invoice from September that is not paid. You can bet that I will be selective who I work for.

If you having problems with no or slow payment by Speedy Closings in NJ. And the title company was Fiserv, you can call Kathy Jud at 1-800-842-8423. She is with Fiserv's vendor management department and let her know your situation.
