1st Signing

Hi everyone,

I have my 1st documents, my appointment is at 4:00 today. The documents were overnight mailed to me. As I am going over it preparing my self for the Signing, I was wondering about the package. The Title company sent over an UPS envelope, (I understand what I must do) But, they also sent a vinyl envelopment attached with their business card. Am I suppose to give it to the borrowerr with their copies inside or am I suppose to mail it back with the original documents to the Title company?

Please help, I want to make a great impression and do everything right.

I figured out what to do regarding the vinyl envelope. I am going to give it to the borrowers.
When I was going over the documents, I notice I am only notarizing one form. Is that normal? I thought loan doc. had more forms to notarized at least 3 forms.
