I also found out the hard way that they don't pay. I call and call but continue to get excuses about how busy they are. Apparently my check got mailed to the wrong address, an address that I haven't lived at for over 6 months and they aren't willing to re-issue the check. I wish I was closer to CA, I would go to their office and request my money in person. Thanks to the advise of a attorney that posts on here, I have started a "good" list and a "bad" list. If somebody on the "bad" list calls requesting me for a signing, I'll refuse. That would do away with ALOT of frustration.
