ASI Title and Knights Abstract

As a Florida-Based signing service and a member of the mobile notary community, I would like to make known there are two title companies you should beware of: ASI Title out of Venice, Florida and also Knights Abstract out of Feasterville, PA. Both these companies hired FloridasBestClosers to perform mobile notary services on their behalf. All the orders were completed as instructed and both companies are refusing to pay invoices, although they have accepted monies from their lending clients to pay for fees on the settlement statement. I would suggest anyone accepting closing orders from these companies be aware of their payment practices.

What does the "age" of the invoice have to do with being paid????
In Texas, it can be 4 yrs from the last request for payment.
You did the work, you MUST be paid.
A contract is not complete until the moneys are correct and paid.
