How am I doing
I have done several Dietech loans and they always put a survey asking the customers to rate everyone in the loan process. However, I am not on there of course. Several borrowers have asked me if I was on there and why not.
Here is my question: Do any of you have a survey sheet of your own that you allow the borrowers to complete so you can send to the signing companies and/or lenders. What do you think about this idea?

Yes, I do have a 'questionnaire' that I ask to have completed at the end of the signing. I don't do it all the time. I pick a month, like November, and do it for all signings that month. I even include a copy with the returned docs that go to the title company. (And I even send the bad reviews, though I must admit, I've only had two, and not because of what I did, but the NSA is sometimes the only face they see in the process and you get the brunt of their feelings.)
So far, most title companies that I deal with have not had a problem with the survey and a couple actually liked it. When I do purchase closings for a local builder, there's three questionnaires in the purchases papers: one for the title company, one for the builder and one for the lender. I always emphasize to the purchasers that they need to be open and honest in their review. It doesn't help if they "gloss over" rotten customer service.

PAW - would you be so kind as to email a copy of your questionnaire or at least give me a hint as to what you put in there? Thanks. [e-mail address]

You can download a copy from my website.
http://www.pawnotary.com/FloridaRoom/survey.pdf
When prompted, you will need to enter "Notary" for the username (without the quotes) and "download" as the password.

"Download" doesn't work as the password, Paul.

Try using all lowercase.

lowercase doesn't work. Initial caps doesn't work. ALL CAPS doesn't work.

I don't understand why you're having problems.
User name is Notary (note the capital N) and password is download. I just verified those parameters.
Is anyone else having a problem viewing/downloading the document? If so, and if not, please let me know.

So, you were successful in viewing and/or downloading the document?

Says file is corrupted. I think because it brought up Acrobat Reader 5.0 instead of 6.0. However my full version of Acrobat is 5.0 so I don't want to delete that version of the reader. I do have 6.0 Reader but can't get it to read your file.

Hmmmmm..... I set it for version 5 compatibility. I uploaded a fresh copy. Try that one, please.
