have anyone done business with them, I request a closing confirmation with fee amount on the form from them and can't seem to get one . they did send me the request to do the closing tonight @7, I called the manager and she said no problem it will be out within an hour, I just don't understand why the scheduling person couldn't put it on the request form he email to me, and send it back to me . we corresponed back and forth with email I assumed he forgot to put it on, so I replied back asking for the request and if they had a sign up package , he responded by saying I could invoice him at the end of the month , which I knew this , I replied back By saying I understand that, but doing this business for 5 year it has become a legal requirment to have your orders in writing and I apologized , but asked that he forward the request form with our agreed amount, he forward this morning a reply stating THIS IS THE AGREED AMOUNT and sent it back to me we'll see , I did explain I don't put appt in my book until I recieve a confirmed amount in writing. what do you think.

I used to do a lot of work for IPT - dealt with Dave Foster all the time- great guy. He always sent confirmations - actually after a while they were not really confirmations as he just sent me the orders without calling me, he knew I would let him know if I couldn't do the signing. Never had a fee on the confirmation. I just invoiced him at month end, and got a check a couple of weeks later.
Now, unless they have changed requirements, you need to look at their instructions carefully - should be on the confirmation. But when I did signings for them, it was necessary after the signing to make a copy of the signed docs, sending back the copied docs with the original mortgage to Dave, and the original docs with the copy of the mortgage to the lender.
I did so many for them I had UPS send me preprinted labels - overnight for the docs to the lender, 2nd day air for the docs to Dave.

I just got my first assignment from them today. I also got a confirmation without my fee being detailed. I called and spoke with the scheduler who requested that I reply to his email requesting the fee confirmation and he would then reply back that it was agreed upon. I'm glad to see that Sylvia's experience with them was postive. I was wondering about that also.
