Notary America

Has anyone had trouble collecting payment from Notary America! Their policy is 30 days from signing, but it took almost 2 months for payment!

BBB is truely worthless! They will tell you to contact a collection agency or attorney as they do nothing with collections

I agree but.....

the point of the post was to see that there are many complaints about this company and for the most part they have a poor BBB rating because they do not respond to complaints.

Paul, saying the BBB is worthless because they don't do collections is like saying the Weather Bureau is worthless because it doesn't prevent hurricanes. That is not the Weather Bureau's role, and collections is not the BBB's role. It is solely a reporting agency; sometimes a rather ineffective one, but >>not<< ineffective because it doesn't practice collection strongarming.

I did not say the BBB was worthless because they do not do collections.
I said the BBB was worthless. Period. That opinion based on opinion of $pent compared with benefits or membership.
I then communicated what you would be told should you file a complaint. Just calling it like I see it.
