Payments
Hello- Well I just received my first check today for 75.00. Situations I went out to borrowers house for signing- everything seemed to be fine, borrower signed, I left, sent loan docs back. I agreed 75.00 which i got. These are edocs. Two - three day later - ss company calls back and asks me if I would like to go back for another signing, I agreed. Looking at loan docs Loan agent changed the program, again these are edoc. For redraw docs should there be a fee for that? I tried to call ss company but their accounting is closed now.

If you are going out again, it is a different signing. You need a confirmation with your fee stated. Do not go back for free!!!!

Doesn't matter if it is the same borrower or not.
Even though this is the same borrowers it is a separate signing and you should charge the full fee. Not your problem the docs had to be redrawn.

New trip, new fee. Just as an aside.....$75 seems low for edocs. Make sure you get a confirmation with your agreed to fee before you walk out the door.

This happened to me also. Went out, did the signing, sent the docs. Got a call 2 days later to go back with new set of E-docs. Was paid $85.00 for each signing. Did confirm with SS regarding payment for both.

Yes you should get another full fee . . . but 75.00 for edocs? That is way too low!
