Anyone out their in Arkansas that is a where of a new law that has passed that states that loan officers can not close their own loans anymore. Thanks for the help!

I have not heard or read anything, however I would definately like to know. I will do some research though. That would be great for the Notary's in this state. Do you mind me asking where you are located?
