Resheduled Signing

How many times should you let a signing be re-scheduled before you ask for a higher fee. I have one that was rescheduled twice already and I still do not have a firm date. Any suggestions?

Reschedules go with the territory in this business; the appointment is at the borrower's convenience, not yours. If you don't want the appointment, the ss will be happy to give it to someone else, and the borrowers don't care who eventually shows up to sign them.

Depends on what you have already done with the signing. If you have already traveled you should ask for more $-if you where on your way to their house and they rescheduled all of a sudden. As far as just calling back and forth to set a date, usually the price stays the same. Like the previous post states if you want to keep your appt book open and hang in there its up to you. Otherwise the SS doesnt care and will find another NSA.
