Unable to contact Executive Closings

I have been unable to contact Executive Closings regarding unpaid invoices. Unfortunately I accepted two jobs from them before I noticed their name on the 'avoid' list. I am getting error messages on emails to both the accountspayable email address and [e-mail address]. Any suggestions, new numbers, etc., or should I just kick myself now? Thanks for your help.

Re: Unable to contact Executive Closings-Check other

Message board....Gomobilenotary.com
They are saying that Ex.Clos. was clsed for a week due to the hurricane...another one says they have "reformed" and now pay on time and others say....."Nope, still the same"
I think you would have to find out for yourself.
(OH - by the way - My previous posting wasn't finished...I keep hitting the "enter" key to return to the next line and I goof...sorry guys, guess a typewriter key board is a lot different from a computer one.

The numbers I have for them -

561-721-9955
561-262-6200 - Dave
561-441-6076 - Frank
775-845-1873

My limited experience with them is that they do pay, but I've had to call once to have them send each of the checks that they've sent me. I'm expecting one more from them and I think that's going to be it. I can understand the occasional snafu, but when I have to call every time to get the check there's a problem. If I have it by the 30th of this month without calling them I may give them another shot.

And yes, they were closed due to the hurricane. But I'm guessing that your payment should have been received before the hurricanes even hit Florida.

Executive Closing Services does state that your check will be processed on the 15th of the following month that the closing was done and you will be paid in full by the 30th of the month.

I actually did receive my check today, it was postmarked 9/20. I think that is well within the realm of acceptable, hopefully it means they have mended their ways a bit. I'll probably give them another shot if they call again.

I have never done a closing for them but was called to do one on 8-31-04, the number I got for them was 561-296-1186-Joe
I hope this helps. BK-FL
