What does N.R.C.C. mean and on what doc would you find it?

N.R.C.C. stands for Non Recurring Closing Costs - such as title insurance, notary fee, appraisal fee etc.
Now you know this, you should know which document you will find them on

Isn't that question on Reeves-Hary test?? or is it the NNA test. I know I have seen the question asked on the message boards before Notaries Ink started.

Not a problem for me! I don't do tests.
After doing a dozen for Notaries Ink...they wanted me to take their test. I told them NO and asked them to waive the test. They said..NO CAN DO. I said, "Take me out of your database"...which I doubt they did.
Another signing service wanted me to do the same thing.. Again I said NO. I told them my test is 18 years as a real estate agent and 1500+ error-free signings. They waived the test.

This question is on both Reeves/Hary as well as Notaries Ink. Actually, the majority of their questions are on both tests in the same language.

I have no problem doing tests. The way I see it is that between the people who can't pass the test, and the people who feel that they're above doing the test, the company ends up with a smaller notary database which means less competition and hopefully more work for me.
And after seeing some of the posts on this board by some "professional" signing agents, I can't say that I blame the companies for wanting some sort of method for at least screening out the worst of the worst.
