best HELOC offers
hi guys, I am interested in obtaining a HELOC for myself. I have been doing mostly HELOC for Washingon Mutal. As we do this for a living I know that you all may have a particular company that you have found that has been giving borrowers a good deal. Any input on this situation of mine, I would greatly appreciate it.

Hi Jan,
I am located in Rochester Ny where there are many Citibanks. I worked for them for 8 years. I would love to do some HELOC closings for them. Which company (Title, SS) does Citibank use to get ther signings done by you? Thank you for your help. : )
Have a great week! Kimberley G

Ever notice that when the question begins with, "This may sound stupid..." the poster is always "Anonymous." I know: I've been there myself.

Hi Jay: Don't you think they are all great guys.... They all want to compete for you The bottom line is find a bank with prime + O. Thats it. Most companies offer below prime for 6 months go fo the prime + 2 fixed.

Great question since I myself am getting a HELOC as well! I am going with Citibank. They offered me 4.55% fixed on a 30 year, with a total of $2,500 for closing costs. Check them out! Good Luck! BK-FL
