Try switchboard.com or the yellow pages in New Jersey.

Or find a company that sells lists of title companies. I know a notary who bought a mailing list of all Pennsylvania title companies, about 3 or 4 years ago. I think it cost her about $1200.
Did you really expect someone in here to just hand over their contact list to you?

A Certified Notary Signing Agent handed over his contact list to me; I thought that was so kind of him, and I didn't even ask him for it.
SO CaliNotary...some do just hand over contact lists. I didn't expect it. It was very nice of him though

Go on-line. It's simple to get a list of title companies in any given area.

If you're an NNA Member you can look it up intheri member section. You can customize the search to whatever your specific needs are.
Good luck.

Or, you could do a search on "new jersey"+title+company+association on google.com and the very first listing is:
http://www.njlta.org/mastactmem.roc?option1=1&choice1=A&check1=5
...a good place to start.
