Sorry, never heard of them before? Wonder if the are new, or if they are one of those companies that like's to change it 's name when things get a little to HOT for them? You might want to check their address and phone against companies with similar names. Or just ask them how long they have been in business, and if THEY have references. Or my personal favorite is to ask for prepayment for the first job. I do that with people I don't have any experience with so I don't get burned.

Thanks Ted. I went ahead and accepted the signing for tonight. Docs are being overnighted and Borrowers live only a few miles away. There appears to be no babysitting -- no back and forth phone calls, no faxbacks, and my invoice can be either e-mailed or faxed and they claim to pay within 30 days.
