All Around Signings - 1 week later

Followup to an earler post.

I've gotten a barrage of emails from John at All Around signings but still no check. I've been told that it's my fault for not contacting them until 3/22 to inquire about payment, that if I had sent my invoice on time I would have been paid the 15th of the following month. Even though I forwarded him the email with the invoice, which was sent the day after the signing on 1/26, as well as the followup invoice on 3/10, he still continues to insist that I told him that I never did anything until 3/22 so I'm being impatient. Keep in mind that this is now almost a month after 3/22 anyway.

I was told last Friday he would Fed Ex the check to me. Never happened. I was then told that it wasn't Fed Ex'd to me because of my attitude. I was then told that it wasn't Fed Ex'd to me because "you cannot Fed Ex to a PO Box". Apparently the concept that I might actually have a home address escaped them.

So now it was supposedly mailed on Monday, yet I still haven't received it. They're located in Orange County, I'm in Los Angeles County (neighboring counties).

And for good measure, I also got a lovely email from the lender who hired All Around signings. I contacted them to let them know what was going on and got called "childish" and "trashy" by the loan rep (my correspondence with him was very professional) so now I also get the pleasure of reporting this loan rep to the VP in his local branch, as well as a VP at corportate HQ.

The fun never ends.

Sounds like all around signing should be on the avoid list.
If you want to put them into collections I've got info on
a company that works just for notaries. E-mail me for
more info. It's time to level the playing field. Kick ass &
take names. Good luck. [e-mail address]

Forest -

Why don't you post the info on the Co for all of us? Is it a collection agency?

I think it would be very helpful.

Thanks!

Re: Forest -

Yes I would love to advoid these type of companies. I think even if you sounded rude, you had every right to be!!!! & a big so what (this business is full of shitty attitudes) I think that if you have to keep calling & faxing & double checking your #'s, address, name, brokers, name, date, time of closing, re-faxing ----- calling ----- checking the fed-ex # (on line), put on hold to be disconnected, then to have someone tell me that my attitude was the reason for non-payment!!!!!!! I would of drove my ass 3 hours to meet that person. Don't do another closing with them!!! Put them on a list that you get from this discussion & I will check it often. I don't know of the list but, I bet some of the people that I have crossed paths with would be on it. ha ha I love the name Forest what state?

Re: Forest -

I was quite polite and professional at first, but after 2+ weeks of getting the runaround I dropped the professional demeanor. If he's going to be that unprofessional with me, I sure as heck don't owe him the same respect in return.

And of course some of his later emails commented on how unprofessional I was being. Gee, ya think? As if it's the model of professionalism to blame ME for his not sending out the check on time and jerking me around for a full month. You just gotta love the nerve of some people.

My name is Robert and i work for All Around. I had seen calinotaries post and just wanted to say that he forget to send us an invoice until 3/22. i am working at john's desk now and am going over his email. calinotary has written insults, threats and lies to john. i apologize to all the professional notaries out there if we are late on your check, it was probably a miscommunication. you do not deserve that. it does happen, but that is no excuse . we moved, you can contact us at [e-mail address] if you have not recieved payment. thank you for your time. i am a notary and work as one. i have experienced non-payment as well and i was angry to. we were always professionfal and did not act "childish" as my loan officer said the notary did. we missed some checks, i have heard it myself. we will work it out professionally. i can email you calinotaries comments if you would like. just to see the type of notary (or person) he is. thank you for your time Robert

" I had seen calinotaries post and just wanted to say that he forget to send us an invoice until 3/22."

First of all this is a lie. John acknowledged receipt of the previous invoices I had sent him, as stated in the first post of this thread.

And even if this were true, today is 4/29, 5 weeks past 3/22 and I'm still waiting for 3 of the 4 payments you owe me. Are you trying to tell me that there was a miscommunication on every single signing I did for you? It took 3 months to get paid for the first signing. That's not due to miscommunication, that's due to your policy of screwing your notaries.

I have seen the emails and can vouch for the truthfulness of CaliNotary's statements.
