Attorney in Fact or POA signing

I had a deed of trust that had 2 signatures from 2 individuals. On person was signing as the Attorney In Fact for the other person, because she had power of attorney. How do I put this in my journal?

I'm in CA.

Thanks.

I don't have time right now to look it up for you... on my way to a signing in 30 mins. but what does the CA notary Handbook say? Good luck! ;)
