I like that except it is leaving out a VERY important step for notaries--Document signed at the title company? Maybe it should read "Documents sent to Notary Signing Agent to have borrowers sign at their home, place of business or other neutral ground. Smiley

Take a close look at the HUD and see where the settlement location is. 9 times out of 10, it will probably be the title companies address. Sometimes, it is YOUR address. I can only recall once it ever being the borrowers property address.
