Closing ???

Have a closing , it is a refi, got specs from Signing company stating do not notarize the Note? also states if the date on the docs do not match the signing date PLEASE MAKE SURE that i only CHANGE The date on the rtc and have the borrower initial the change.....Has anyone ever had these type directions and if so i guess i get confused about the dates on the docs.... please assist if anyone has any input.. tia tam

Where in Florida are you?

Ok - some docs are not date sensitive. So, you can ignore the dates on them, but you will need to change the dates on the RTC - and make sure the borrower signs with the correct date - the date of the signing

Yes i didn't like my tee name and didn't know how to go about changing it the right way. sometimes when you ask a simple questions round here even after using search people wanna chew newbies heads off i apologize for that .
