Do I invoice NASCO ?
This is my first NASCO closing that I have accepted. I can't see to log into the vendor login section and I was wondering if I should include an invoice with the package or just call tech support with the pertinent information and get going on that end? My sigining is at 6:30pm tonight and it is a baby citi heloc (my god I feel guilty for charging so much for so little-not really). TIA for any info.

Hi Nicole,
No, they pay you without your having to invoice them.

great. I sometimes hate taking on new clients because of their specific policies. I read the instructions and they require black pens. Personally, I am blue pen afficionado.

Nasco invoices automatically. However, if you receive e-docs make sure you get a new work order with the additional charge. I have two overdue signings because I was told the edoc fee was added in their system but they had no time, or no way, to send the new info to me!!!! Wrong!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm still trying to get the edoc fee's. Get it in writing before going to the signing!

Nicole, You do not need to invoice them. but as stated. if you do e-docs they will send you anouther confermation with the e-doc fee on it. If you do not recieve it call them and they will get it to you. I've worked with them for about 1 1/2 years and have never had one problem and i do a lot of closings for them.
