I recently got my commission and am ready to place my order for seal. I have question regarding embosser seal. Do I need a separate "authorization to manufacture" for embosser?

no, you don't. Notary Rotary can do it all and has the best prices.

Not if you are ordering both at the same time,but if you are going to order them at seperate times then yes you would need two.
