Driving Safety

Okay...I just came back from a quick little notary job and an inspection.

I stopped to get a couple of things from the store and without realizing it I had a pen in my hand from the inspection and my big camera in my lap. Phone started ringing -- distracting me.

When the pen met the camera, I could not physically steer properly when I turned into the store parking lot. Nearly hit a car coming out. Driving on autopilot again. Dumb.

Good reminder to engage myself fully while driving.

I was turning and trying to set my mileage counter and got my hand caught in the steering wheel. I ran off the road and almost into someone front yard. It hard, we try to do so much while driving. Reading maps, answering cell phone while trying to locate an address, et
