Has anyone been automatically registered with Dynamic Dox thru Countrywide Homeloans?

No but I am waiting for a set of docs for them, is that what they need us to use to print them?

Yes. I believe so. I went into the software and did a test print. It's in a pdf format so, it should work out fairly well.

If the docs are countrywide - expect them about 1 hour after the scheudled closing time....

Yes. You are probably right about that one. I did a mailed signing for them and the docs showed up the next day. Could their edocs be faster? I read the terms and conditions of using the software and it promised they would have the docs available at least 24 hours in advance. We'll see.

I got a letter that they will be sending me a 'welcome letter' which will give me access to Dynamic Dox... 'course haven't gotten said letter yet... Know it's PDF... just wondering why we have to go to Dynamic Dox/Docs? to print PDF files? Are they any faster? Anybody know?' Anybody know what the point of this whole procedure is? Please enlighten. Thanks

Re: Dynamic dox- Are they trying to eliminate the SS
by having the SA go direct to this website to download the docs?

Re: Dynamic dox- Are they trying to eliminate the SS
Possibly. To think about it they would be saving money going directly thru the agent. But, I've done work for a lender before who tried to elimate the signing service and it didn't work for them because no one knew who the lender was. Go figure.

Re: Dynamic dox- Are they trying to eliminate the SS
No, they're not trying to eliminate the SS. DynamicDox is a document warehouse where the lender can easily store the document for downloading. It isn't going to change the process of who gets the assignment, only how they'll receive the documents.
By providing a repository for the data files, the SS or title company simply needs to tell the signing agent to retrieve the documents from the DynamicDox website, by providing the proper keys to open the correct storage bin. Just think of it as a virtual FedEx warehouse. But rather than having a FedEx driver pickup and the package and deliver it to you, you have to go to the warehouse and retrieve them yourself... all from the comfort of your spot in cyberspace.

I think they are trying to eliminate the costs of sending out overnight docs. I received the welcome letter and the access letter at the same time. 2 different emails were sent within minutes of each other. You may want to recheck your emails. Dynamic Dox is just print software. I've done signings for other companies who prefer edocs and who utilize a specific edoc software. To me it's just a money saving, last minute tactic for the company and irritating for the SA to have to worry about printing double sets and loading up on supplies to return the docs to the company. More time for us less for them.

Problem with that is you may receive the docs on time from the SS but the Hud and other misc. papers have to come from Countrywide so, you may have to wait on the Hud etc from them. Edocs - Lovin' them...I wish they could send them all at the same time. That would be great.

I have been registered with dynamic dox for Countrywide packages for a couple of months. The system will send you an e-mail when the documents are ready.
You will still receive your assignments the same way. Dynamic is just a document prep and depository company. There are a lot of sites out there for this purpose. This is where a lot of the SS get their documents before forwarding them to you.
I have found that printing is a bit faster off of dynamic then receiving a large e-mail of documents or 4 seperate e-mails because the package is so large

Sounds great. Just hoping they send the docs as promised. I do a lot for Countrywide, but it has always been overnight docs to the borrower. If they hold up their bargain to send the docs at least 24 hours or even 2 hours in advance of the signing appt. then that's great news for SA.

I've printed from Dynanic Dox a few times over the last couple of years. It is a great service. It's probably easier for the companies when there is a last minute change in notaries also. I never had any problems downloadings docs from Dyanamic Dox, either.
